Information you enter on this site

When you send a message through a form on this site (the contact form, a financing or vehicle enquiry, a financing application or a sell-your-car request), we receive what you typed. Depending on the form that means your name, phone number and email address, and any details you give about a vehicle: year, make, model, mileage, condition, VIN and your own notes. On a vehicle page we also record which listing you were looking at, so we know what your enquiry is about.

The financing application asks for more than the other forms, because a lender needs it: your date of birth, home address and how long you have lived there, whether you rent or own and what you pay each month, your employer, job title and gross monthly income, how much you plan to put down, and the same details for a co-applicant if you add one. Where a form asks you to agree to something (a text-message consent, a credit authorisation), we store the exact wording you were shown alongside your answer, so the record reflects what you actually agreed to.

Those submissions are delivered and stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and the dealership reads them from there. We use them to answer you and to follow up about buying, selling or financing a vehicle. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising.

If you tick the box asking us to text you, we will use your number for that as well. You can tell us to stop at any time: reply STOP to a message, or call (513) 742-4100. Ticking that box is never a condition of buying anything.

Submissions are kept while we are dealing with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, call (513) 742-4100.

We never ask for a Social Security number or a driver's licence number anywhere on this website, including on the financing application. Please don't send either one through a form, by email or by text. The same goes for bank or card details. Those are collected in person or over the phone when the dealership submits your application to its financing sources, or reviews it for in-house financing.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies of its own, and it does not run analytics or advertising trackers. We do not build visitor profiles and we do not sell visitor information. Apart from what you deliberately send us through a form, the site does not collect anything about you.

Third-party services on this site

Some parts of the site load content from other companies. When that happens, your browser contacts them directly and they receive basic request information.

Google Fonts

Typefaces are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Your browser's request exposes your IP address and user-agent to Google.

Google Maps

The map showing our location is an embedded frame served by Google. It loads in your browser, so Google receives your IP address and user-agent and may set cookies inside that frame.

Website hosting and form delivery (Netlify)

Netlify hosts this website and keeps standard server access logs, which typically include IP address, request time and the page requested. Netlify also receives and stores what you submit through the forms on this site, and makes those submissions available to the dealership. Netlify screens submissions for spam automatically.

Vehicle photos (Sanity)

Photographs of our vehicles are stored in the dealership's content system and served to your browser from cdn.sanity.io. Loading a listing therefore exposes your IP address and user-agent to that host. It is where our own photos live; it does not track you across other websites.

Outbound links

Links to our Google reviews and to the company that built this site only send information when you choose to click them.

Information you give us by phone or in person

Anything you share when you call or visit the dealership, for example while discussing a vehicle or financing, is handled directly by dealership staff and by any financing source you choose to work with. Where the dealership finances a vehicle in house, it also keeps and uses that information to service the account. That is separate from this website and is not governed by this page.

Children

This website is intended for people shopping for a vehicle and is not directed at children under 13.
